I am so glad you enjoyed the pictures!

I completely agree with rosemary. Here in California, we have huge rosemary bushes at both of our houses, so I use it in all sorts of ways. One of my favorite ways is with grilled salmon: I put the rosemary straight on top of the charcoal and the salmon right on top of that. It blasts the rosemary flavor straight into the meat.
